- A quantitative 3.2% (0.109 mol/L) liquid sodium citrate anticoagulant is added to the blood collecting tube, and the ratio of anticoagulant to blood was 1:9. When collecting blood, be sure to take enough blood to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
- It can be used to collect and reserve blood specimens in four tests of coagulation (prothrombin time, thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen).
